With our Order Comments for Checkout Extension, you can provide a way for your customers to leave Order Comments when placing an order. These comments are integrated with the Magento order grid, allowing admin users to easily view these comments.
Comments in Checkout
During checkout, customers can add an Order Comment with instructions or additional information that may be useful for their order.
Customer Comment Review During Checkout
During the Order Review step at checkout, customers will be able to review their comments and make any edits. We’ve provided an additional opportunity for customers to change their comment or add one in if they have changed their minds.
Review Comments in Admin
Admin users can access and view comments attached to orders by navigating to the order grid and viewing any order.
